Scandinavians are considered the strongest group of humans... they descended from the cro-magnon subspecies(this is a slight generalization, but im not going to get into the details).. they have wider frames, and can essentially handle more weight on their frames... wider shoulders, wider hips.



They are not runners though (like africans.)

That was a generalization... as humans have mixed and breeded a ****load since then... but its essentially the people with very wide frames who can handle building large amounts of power.

There are obviously people at both ends of the extreme.. just like in every other race....

You simply do not have the frame to develop strength like Scandis....

They take 500 children, make them lift 2X a day 7 days a week, and the 15 or so that don't die and have all their tendons turn to mush are then kept, those who don't burn out or get injured are turned into elites.

Whatever their name.. thats not the important part(my post was wrong, i just dont want to argue)... humans with wider/larger frames and larger skulls... that eventually made up the scandinavian races... which obviously mixed a ****load with all the other haplogroups and whatnot.

Compare the average Scandinavian to the average mexican.

This is why they are stronger.
