So, I decided to go ahead and start a log. I will be officially joining the contest on January 25th! I decided to wait until after my birthday. That way I can give this 110%!
My goal in this contest will be to get rid of this NASTY layer of fat all over my body, and let the muscles that I've been working so hard on get a chance to shine!
A little background on me. I am a stay at home mother of 4. Ages 11,9,3 and 1. They keep me busy all the time. The gym is how I keep sain.
Right now, I do a 4 day split, with no cardio. 2 upper body, 2 lower body. I will incorporate cardio once I officially start this challenge. My workout may change as well.
My eating will be very strict and clean, with no cheats for the 10 weeks. My macros will be 103 carbs, 180 protein, and 32 fat.
I don't have a trainer, or nutritionist, this will all be on my own!!
I AM SO EXCITED TO START THIS!!

AM workout
Got a great upper body workout in this AM:
Incline Bench
DB Flat bench
Pull downs
Rows
Barbell curls
Dips
Shoulder press with DB
and some abs!!
Definitely feel stronger since starting the Creadyl/NO-Beta stack!!
Can't wait to start my cutting diet and see all my muscles POP!!

Let me tell you, the Creadyl REALLY helped me focus even though I was tired. Perked me right up!

Day one!
Today is officially day one. I am so excited to start this, and start seeing some results! So far, had a clean breakfast. In a couple hours I will hit the gym. Today is chest, tris, abs, and a lil cardio! Nothing like diving right in! Can't wait to feel the NO-Beta tingle, and Creadyl rush!!

Today I hit Chest and tris.
Popped the NO-Beta, and 1 scoop of Creadyl....drank half before I left, and the other half through out my workout. Love how it gives me focus, and makes me not want to stop!!
Incline DB: 30 lbs. 4 sets of 10
Flat DB: 30lbs 4 sets of 10
Pushups....12x4 sets
Incline DB flyes: 20 4 sets 10
Skull crushers SS with close grip press: 45 lb 4 sets of 10
Cable push downs: 35lbs 4X10
Tricep extensions: 35 Lb 4X10
Abs:
4 sets 15 ball crunches
4 sets of leg raises
Cardio:
30 min slow steady!
Had an awesome workout, can't wait till tomorrow, when I hit some legs and shoulders!!!Tiffanee
