    Just got stitches. Any ideas for chest workout?

    I just got stitches yesterday (took a picture of it as my profile) and they said I should take a break from working out for at least a week. Well, I don't want to, and really, the only problem I can foresee, is tearing my stitches while doing my chest workouts. Any ideas for things I can do for my chest that won't stretch the skin on my back?

    Idk man I'd give it a rest for a few days atleast lol speaking from experience last thing you want is to tear some fresh stitches

    let them heal man its not that long. When I got part of my intestine removed I had to weight 6weeks before I could do anything, one week is a joke.

    Alright then, I'll at least take a break from the chest workouts. I'll take it easy on my other workouts for the next week, I at least want to do some maintenance, though.
