I just got stitches yesterday (took a picture of it as my profile) and they said I should take a break from working out for at least a week. Well, I don't want to, and really, the only problem I can foresee, is tearing my stitches while doing my chest workouts. Any ideas for things I can do for my chest that won't stretch the skin on my back?
