ON Strawberry flavor Platinum Hydrowhey review

This is my log for the ON Strawberry flavor Platinum Hydrowhey protein powder. I was one of the lucky ones to be chosen to test this out.

My plan is to have a serving first thing in the morning, another around mid-moring and a 3rd serving after training. I am also doing a 10,000 kettlebell swings in 30 days challenge so I really need to keep my protein intake high. I am doing the challenge along with my regular strongman training.

I had my 1st serving today at 4:45am right after my morning kettlebell swings. I usually do 100-200 swings in the morning to warm up for the day. I average 500 swings per day.

1st serving was made with 8oz skim milk and mixed the night prior. The only minor drawback to the powder is that it foams up too much. Easily fixed by making it in advance and letting it sit in the fridge all night. It doesn't take that long for the foam to die down but it is easier to do it this way.

Taste was a 10/10. Strawberry is a tough taste to pull off without tasting like chemicals but ON nailed it. Best tasting strawberry protein I've tried and I've been using protein powder for over 30 years.

Mixibility was 9/10. Mixed great but the foam is a small drawback. no clumps though so that is a huge plus.

I'll be updating each day but I will probably just be repeating myself. ON hit it out of the park with their Strawberry Platinum Hydrowhey

I'm at just under 6000 swings so far after 16 days. Doing this along with regular strongman training is brutal so it should be a good test.

Had my 2nd serving after training, mixed with water this time. Not quite as good as with milk but that is to be expected.
Still a 10/10 on taste and 9/10 mixability. Doesn't foam as much with water as with milk but I think that also has a lot to do with shaking any liquid for 30-60 seconds

Trained strongman events today. Weights felt like toys and I had tons of energy. This is along with averaging 500 ketlebell swings per day so I would say the effects of the ON Strawberry flavor Platinum Hydrowhey are very positive. No way should I still be able to not only maintain strength, but it is going up with all this over training.

Taking 2 servings a day, mixing it at night so I can bring it to work in my lunch box. I'm up to 7200 kb swings after 20 days and I feel great. ON Strawberry flavor Platinum Hydrowhey protein powder is helping my recovery a lot more than I expected. Two thumbs up

Training is going great. Taking 2-3 shakes a day, losing weight and getting stronger. What more can I say about ON Strawberry flavor Platinum Hydrowhey. Remember I am 46 and my recovery ability is much less that most of the younger people on here. This protein helps a lot more than I anticipated

Had my last serving today so off to the store on Monday to get some more. Great stuff. Highly recommended. Taste was a 10/10 and mix was a 9/10. I ended up mixing 2 or 3 shakes at night then put them in the fridge to bring to work the next morning, this worked out great.

I plan on making ON Strawberry my permanent choice for protein powder now. The way I set it up by making a couple shakes at night for work the next day has worked out real good and it allows me to get my extra protein in with no hassle. Now if only I could get ON to sponsor me in my quest for top 3 at Masters Nationals for strongman
