    Help me make a diet...overseas edition

    All right,

    I'm 30 years old, living abroad. I don't have all the good foods in the US available to me. Can you guys help me figure out what I need to do to gain some serious mass in 2010? Here's the food I'll have available, pretty much.

    PROTEIN
    various kinds of fish
    chicken breasts
    beans
    whey powder
    eggs
    canned tuna (mostly in oil)

    CARBS
    almonds
    brown rice/white rice
    various fruits
    peanut butter
    white bread/wheat
    potatoes
    yams

    ---

    I guess the main thing is that I may or may not have a stove. I can use a rice cooker, and I'm gonna try to get a George Foreman grill.

    Any advice? Appreciate it!
