So I weighted 105kg and by cutting down my daily calorie intake I began to lose weight and dropped from 105kg to 93kg in under 3 weeks! During this time wasn't really exercising but I notice where I could previously bench a rep of 70kg now it was hard to get 65kg! This could be because I neglected the gym for a while but I'm not sure if it had anything to do with my diet.
I'm hoping to eat one grilled chicken fillet and 2 eggs a day (so I have a protein intake) and I'm hoping to goto the gym 6 times a week with 1 day combined cardio and weight and 1 day of pure cardio and a rest day for day 7. Will I effectively lose weight and keep my muscle using his method?

You will lose weight and muscle. The best way to save muscle is eat at a calorie deficit, while ensuring you are hitting your macros, and lifting heavy following a good program. The size of the deficit will affect the amount you can lift and if it it too large will start eating at your muscle tissue.
