    Smile get my extra calories from carbs or fat?

    so i established that my maintenance cals are around 2500. and i am going to clean bulk so i wanted to know where i should get my extra cals from?
    right now im getting alot of protein and carbs for breakfast pre and PWO. should i add in more cals from fats like nuts or starchy carbs at every meal? thanks.

    fats. nuts are great so is PB. just take a couple tablespoons of olive oil. quick and real easy.

    how mcuh protein are you eating a day? aim for about 150g and get at least 300g of carbs and the rest fat

    150 x 4 = 600kcal
    300g of carbs = 1200
    leaving you 700 cals from fat.

    looks ideal to me
