Okay, I have a few questions.
My girlfriend is 5'3 135lbs, she wants to get down to 115lbs.
How many calories should she be intaking?
And p/c/f same as guys?

p/c/f should be based on bodyweight, activity, and goals. Not gender or % of total intake.
