Hey, im good at football... my speed is good i run like a 4.7 and im looking to lower it as i build strength. But the thing is im so small. I need to get bigger... i am working out but im not getting as big as i need to be. I only weight like 135-140 and am 5'7. How can i put on more weight... im trying to eat around 5 meals a day and i workout different body parts 4 times a week. Am i not working out right? I want to get to around 160 by next year for football ... thanks in advance guys i really appreciate it.

Do some research. Various topics of nutrition, strength development, gaining size, gaining speed, and more have all been covered on this forum. CharlieFrancis.com, t-mag.com, elitefts.com, and elitetrack.com all are good resources as well.
