Well I've finally decided to start a workout log incase people are interested in my training style. Here are my stats and numbers...
Height: 5'6"ish
Weight: 160ish pounds(I tend to flucuate in my weight)
B.F.%- no clue, need to test it soon
Max out numbers:
Squat- 405lbs
Bench- Havent benched in months due to shoulder injuries, but will test it tomorrow
Deadlift- 315lbs
Numbers have dropped a ton since I have been out of highschool and not been envolved with the powerlifting/explosion training I did when I played football
Goal- Right now I just came off a run of a test booster(Supremacy) during a bulking phase. I am still bulking, trying to bring up some weak spots I have, my lifting schedule is as follows...
Monday-delts, traps, abs
Tuesday- Arms, forearms,calves
Wednesday-Back,abs
Thursday-Chest,traps
Friday-legs,calves,abs
Saturday-off or cardio
Sunday-off or cardio
Cardio I always do before my workouts to wake me up and to get the blood flowing, I jog 10 minutes on the treadmill at 6 mph. If I have the energy or motivation to do more cardio after my workouts then its usually 20-30 minutes of L.I.S.S. on the treadmill, ellipitcal or bike.
Current supplements are:
Sportpharma Multi-V
Prolab 100% Creatine Monohydrate
Controlled Labs White Flood
Controlled Labs Purple Wraath
Protein powder I do not have at the moment, but will be purchasing either Sportpharma Just Whey or ON's 100% Whey
I will get this going tomorrow, chest day so lets get it rollin!
