    Project Mass for hypertrophy

    Hi !

    This is my first post here, i am thinking about starting project mass by dr jacob wilson but i wonder if it is a total hypertrophy-designed program since it involves lots of strength training inside. Also it seemed to me the program lacks a bit on volume side, what do u guys think ?
