    Best 5 day split workout programme?

    Fairly new to lifting, 5-6 months~ learned the basics etc, got a solid frame to work with and im wondering what the best 5 day split programme would be?

    I doubt a 5 day split is optimal for you. I think an upper/lower 4 day program should be good for you.
