is this picture of you? you posted 2 topic about guessing body fat % and the two pictures are vastly different, what's the purpose of keep posting different pictures and asking? just go to the gym or get a physical, or buy a body fat analyzer uses bioelectrical impedance.

Why don't you just spend 10-20minutes of your time to get a body fat analyzer. There are way too many factors on a picture to even guess the body fat % correctly posting online.Originally Posted by Madanzi
Even most conventional body fat calculations can only be accurate to only 3% - or +, if you think wasting time to post and say guess my body fat % is going to get you a accurate result your gravely mistaken, and it's just a waste of time.
