It tastes bombdiggity. It's full of antioxidants, protein, and if you get fat free ice cream or soy cream, it's not too bad for you. Use it after an intense exercise such as mountain biking. It really brings your blood sugar back to par. Man, I think I might go make one right now......

I don't know too many recipies but if you want to make the shake nice and thick. add some Xanthan Gum just add a little at a time...
