Current lifting stats:
Bench: 125kg (275lbs)
Squat: 150kg (330lbs)
Deadlift: 180kg (396lbs)

Gained 40lbs of fat while gaining 15lbs of LBM?
So that's why people clean bulk...Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

I also over ate during my first bulk, not that much though but still regret it and wish I would have had someone to tell me the things of nutrition which I know now.
Imo should do a cut now and take this bulk as lesson and know more of his own body now and how it works and then do it much better next time.Last edited by Jherewhoisdere; 09-18-2013 at 12:20 PM.
