    Smile Ectomorph 1 Year Transformation :)

    Started off at 150 lbs with no confidence, I actually waited a month before I uploaded my 1st picture because I was ashamed of my physique.
    Now I am at 190 lbs, and I just broke my bench press personal record with 205 lbs for 6 reps. Arms are progressing beautifully as well as those stubborn biceps. My legs are getting much better ever since I started incorporated squats, I only wish I didn't halfass my legs for the first 6 months. Even now people say that "You're small, I was that size in middle school", however I am not phased because I'm tenacious. Nevertheless, I am only beginning my journey and this is my true entrance into the bodybuilding world.

    What supplements are you using? I am also very skinny and have been eating as much as much as possible trying to gain any type of weight as well as hitting the gym 5-6 times a week. Haven't progressed nearly as much as you.

    Well I take whey protein as a means to get protein quick when I don't have time for a meal. I also use creatine, however I am not taking it as much as I used to.

    IMO, working out 5-6 days is not the best routine for an ecto.
