    What do I expect?

    I expect to see some noticeable strength and size gains in the gym. I've switched around my intra workout products a lot, but none have been formulated in a manner such as SizeON. I'm hoping that the mix of WPH, Aminos, Creatine, and Carbs can really help me maximize my workouts on Westside for Skinny Bastards.

    Experience

    Mixed up one packet of High Performance in 32oz water with some ice cubes. Mixed perfectly. Taste was a bit salty but was able to get used to it, especially as the ice melted and I got thirstier. Solid berry/punch flavor, not like most supplements. The added 200 calories had no impact on my stomach at all, as I was able to have my PWO shake without a problem. So far, so good for SizeON! Time to put it to the real test - a leg day.

    Mixed it up with 32 oz of water and plenty of ice. Gonna dilute it with 12oz more when i'm down to 20oz in my shaker. Off to the gym now! Random shuffle song on itunes got me going, so I'll leave y'all with this!

    Experience

    Taste was great today, not too light, not too heavy - good drinkability. Stomach got a bit shaky and bloated after most of the drink, but I attribute that to eating too much prior to lifting. Stomach totally fine for a 50g whey + Simple carb shake PWO. Legs feeling very strong, especially compared to last time. As today was mostly a dynamic day, I really felt a solid ability to explode and endure.

    Experience

    After a rough day, I went into the gym completely focused. Took only one scoop of SP250, but noticed an awesome pump, really motivating. Was able to hit my first set as hard as my last, something I struggle with when I don't have an intra with a decent amount of carbs. Really looking foward to seeing how this stuff works in the long run. So far it's been better than my summer intra, which was Xtend + Creatine Mono + Dextrose. It provides similar benefits but no crash PWO, and I feel totally ready to kill a big shake, which is a huge plus!

    Coming off little sleep, and a busy day, I felt good going into my workout. Could have gotten one more rep on deads, but the bar rolled in my hand. Strength feeling good, and noticed I'm feeling fuller, more hydrated, and simply have more endurance through my lifts. As far as a first impression goes, SizeON V2 has clearly surpassed the original, and seems to be a winner!

    Sorry for getting a bit behind, but this workout occurred Sunday night. Yesterday off and today was dynamic lower, which I will post soon. Aside from the extremely aggravating max bench, everything went well. Really liking the addition of carbs and aminos to my workout. Makes a big difference, and there is no annoying loss of appetite that I sometimes get when taking other intra workout products. Great results from tonight will be accompanied by a small comparison!

    (Last night's lift) Loving the combo of SP250 and SizeOnv2. Been adding 5g of beta alanine to my pre/intra mixes to help with endurance, and it seems to make a big difference. My recovery has been great! I slept well, but have almost no DOMS or stiffness from yesterday, a huge difference from the first week of westside.

    Product Comparison #1

    SizeOn V2 vs MRI WAR

    Taste Both berry and Grape WAR taste like a supplement. They are palatable, but nothing to look foward to. Lose most of their flavor when diluted, a frustrating aspect when considering the fact that I drink roughly 40-60oz water a workout. SizeOn clearly wins here.

    ProfileSimply put, SizeON has MORE of everything than WAR. While I like the ingredients in WAR, I'm loving the fact that Gaspari packs 8g of peptides, compared to 2g from MRI. (5g Leucine, compared to 2.5g blend of aminos in WAR. SizeOn has much better dosages, which I feel like I don't need to supplement with additional carbs, creatine, or aminos.

    Effectiveness Love the pump, and increased endurance I've gotten from SizeOn. Didn't notice anything significant from WAR. Recovery was boosted by both products.

    Winner: SizeOn V2!

    Experience

    Good lift today. Saw an old log where I was lifting more weight, and really became motivated to get back to where I want to be. Grabbed the 70lb DB's and really wet to work, not looking back. Played a softball game after, and stupidly got suckered into playing catcher. Knees upset from tendinitis now, and wrist aggravated from sliding. Glad I'm going to shift to squats instead of deads as my main lower lift!

    Wrist/Knee problems kinda hinder my ability to do some of the higher weights I want. Also, this is WS4SB (not sure if that changes things)

    Once I feel a bit healthier the weight will increase!

    Product Comparison #2

    SizeOn V2 vs Universal Intra-Aid

    Taste Blue raspberry Intra-Aid is a rare supplement that I would drink for the sake of drinking, much like SizeOn. However, it is a bit thicker than SizeOn, but does not retain the same level of flavor when diluted. With 32oz water, the two are very equal, but when diluted, the edge goes to SizeOn.

    Profile Intra-Aid has far fewer calories (Compared to Max Performance) but is not the exact same type of product. While I prefer the higher calorie SizeOn, I do like the free form EAA's that Intra-Aid has. The main difference though is the creatine. I think Intra-Aid may be better if I had a seperate creatine product (suck as Torrent) but on it's own posses a touch less punch than SizeOn, especially since I take a good amount of BCAA's and Beta Alanine throughout the day.

    Effectiveness When stacked with creatine, I have not noticed a significant difference to be honest. Each product works best in it's own stack, so it is tough to compare, but if I had to choose one product, I would go with SizeOn, but not by a significant margin. I see times where either product could fit nicely into my stack.

    Winner: Slight edge to SizeOn V2

    Cleaned up my diet considerably, eating more oats/brown rice in place of ****ty sugars etc. Keeping the calories high and not watching the scale for another week. I hope by focusing on eating as much CLEAN food as possible, I can feel good and have the best energy levels and lifts. Workout seemed good today, really liking this product. (First time trying the seated DB jerks, did light weight to learn form)
