Hello Guys!
I'm posting this to track my progress. I am planning to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, so I thought a journal would be great to keep me on track and focused.
This will be day one of my 4 month journey of nonstop training and eating enough foods to fuel my body.
Hope we can have some fun as I chase my dream body!

Honestly, I want to welcome anybody at this point, considering the population here, the number of who's staying and who's leaving.
I'm curious, why now, here and what make you start your training journal. Your avi shows us you are experienced one. You lift, run and watch your diet, that's good.
Even you joined the same year I did, again that makes me curious, more.
That being said, WELCOME and Good luck!🌺 Lauren Brooks Kelly (snailsrus) - Jul 25, 1991 – Jan 29, 2022

Hey!
It's a home gym. I like privacy myself. Maybe when I get a little stronger, I'll join a gym in the future. Tomorrow will be my 2nd week but technically I started seriously 3 weeks ago.
I've got latpull down, incline bench, leg press, leg curl/leg extension, flat bench, several dbl pairs and plates..
Thanks and you too!

did some light back workout this after and did some ab workout as well.
I will be out of town in a couple of days and I will definitely miss some meals and workout of course but I will make sure to eat healthy when I'm on the road and I will stick to water as my main source of liquid or fluid.
