If Hillary is elected president, the USA will become one of the worst countries in the world. Mark my words.

If someone tries to draft me I'll simply state how I'm not mentally fit to hold a weapon or serve. Not to say I'm crazy but in situations of intense pressure such as war I might lose my rationality due to the fact that I feel enslaved by being there. I do not believe in government/religion/organized humanity by any means. Humans are simply humans to me, I feel no need to go out and kill for a cause I do not believe in no matter the situation or other's views.

I have multiple posts on this forum to back up this claim, they do NOT want to give me a weapon and train me how to use it. Under extreme situations I do not know what would happen but it would in no way benefit our country or it's reputation.

why would there need to be a draft? there isnt a world war or the usa isnt short of people by any means? would it be just to get everyone army experience? I dont see the point of this

I'm voting for Obama because he isn't Hillary Clinton.

Doesn't mean I want Obama though, he's just my default choice because all the other candidates suck. Ron Paul would of made a great president. He's anti-war and anti-war on drugs.

WRONG! They want to QUIT! I don't agree with a lot of stuff McCain says but at least he knows that America needs continue to finish the situation in Iraq. Who really thinks the world is growing "nicer"?? Who wants a liberal "I don't believe in fighting" President in office? At a time when America needs to be preparing itself for the worst (we all know it's coming) we are pondering over electing a weak-minded Commander in Chief. Might was well save our enemies the trouble and slit our throats now.

I had to do research on this last semester and give 2 speaches on it in my speech class and let me tell you that it will never happen. It will be too damn expensive. You think that the defence budget is bloated now? If they installed a draft, the budget would go out of sight. We simply dont have the resources, money, nor the will power to pull off a draft. Plus, Army commanders would rather want troops who want to be there anyways.

As for my stance, I would rather be sent to prison than serve in the armed forces via draft. I refuse to kill another human being just for the hell of it. Murder is murder no matter how you want to justify it and I just cant do it. I cant take somones life away. Its not my place.

I doubt if I'd pass psych testing anyhow, assuming they weren't desperate. People with Asperger's Syndrome tend to be unpredictable emotionally (anxiety, depression, perseveration, etc) on top of poor social functioning. They'd probably get scared I'd kill the wrong side or something
