How many times do yall work each muscle group a week? im thinking Chest day, Back day, and then a whole Arm day (shoulder/bicep/tricep) to itself. Probably then restart without a rest day. I just dont know if thatd be good since tris and shoulders are used on Chest exercises and Bis used on Back, meaning not much rest.
