    goals are strength and size


    DAY 1

    Incline bench press - 3x5
    military press - 3x5
    skull crushers - 2x8-10
    seated calf raises - 2x8-10
    Abs

    DAY 2

    Deadlifts - 3x5
    Pull-ups - 3x5-8
    Leg press - 2x8-10
    bb curls - 2x8-10

    DAY 3

    db bench press - 2x8-10
    dips - 2x8-10
    front raises - 2x8-10
    standing calf raises - 2x8-10
    abs

    DAY 4

    squats - 3x5
    leg curls - 2x8-10
    bb row - 3x5
    bb curls 2x8-10
