Ya it does look effortless but some guys that is just the way they train. But he is looking huge in the vidoe.

i didnt think he looked that big, he looked big when squeezing on those pull downs, but yea he looks drained and maybe crusing on his gear!

If he can improve his back he would be very hard to beat...be it in shape. He has no width at all onstage.

watching that video made ME feel exhausted. i'm always wishing my favorite BBers would compete more (the sport gets a little boring when you only get to see your favorites at the arnold and olympia) but i wish roelly would take some time off to rest, recharge, and grow.

I saw him training chest about 2 weeks ago( no creep). But you could see the way he walked through the gym and in his face that he was really tired and drained. Hope he gets a good off season after the Olympia.
