Looking for some advice.
I am a skinny guy looking to bulk up.
Just started a routine called stronglifts 5x5, this is a STRENGTH building program and I am really enjoying it so far watching my bench increase and squat ive been doing it for a couple months now. But my main goal is to have a nice aesthetic body for when I go on holiday in around 7.5 months time.
I have heard this program will increase your strength immensely but your body well its going to look pretty ****.. I don't know how true this is if anyone could shed some light?
Through doing some research I came across a few ideas one of them called ICF And another called "Fierce 5" which looks really interesting would these help me achieve a better physique than running SL 5X5?
From what I understand SL 5X5 builds you a foundation for you to then go on and sculpt your body with isolation excercises. Would a full body like Fierce 5 help a skinny guy put on both size and aesthetic muscle?
Thanks any replies are appreciated!

You do know that Bodybuilding is not a 1 time, 1 yr thing, right? You need to be strong first. Get all the gains you can till you can't, then move on to something else. Besides, at 75, you might just want to collect SS
