    Weight: 125
    Body Fat Percentage: 11%
    Neck: 14'
    Chest: 39'
    Waist: 30'
    Arms: 13'
    Forearms: 11'
    Thighs: 22'
    Calves: 13'

    Max Bench: 120 lbs
    Max Squat: 200 lbs
    Max Deadlift: 220 lbs

    I know I don't have a lot of strength but I'm just focusing on size.

    125? Not good not good at all bulk and just lift weights brother you won't regret it don't listen to people when saying bulking is bad just eat and lift weights to get stronger do lower reps and higher weight but don't get to caught up in weight beacuse form is #1 gl brother

    I'm sorry m8, but you are not 11% bf, nor are your arms 13 inches unless fatceps, 13 at tops (when flexed). Strong e-stats on the lifts too.
    1RM: Bench 225 / Squat 250 / Dead 405

    Yes, I train legs, and yes I know my squat is bad; Recovering from knee surgery.
