Hey guys,
Has anyone ever had with ON's Creatine Capsules? I just started them yesterday and got cold sores today... I tried them last year and the same thing happened? Any other creatines I can take without the coldsore problem?
I take ON's gold standard and BCAAS with c4 for prewrokout without any problem...
The creatine I have cold-sores from is Creatine 2500 Capsules from ON.

No idea why they would happen brah. I've been taking ON for a long time. Could just be coincidence or you're not taking care of yourself.
Also probably herpes from aids... not srs
