Ok, so heres my plan. Well I've been bulking for over two years now, went from 120lbs to about 160. Im sick of bulking right now and want to be 8% or less body fat for once. Im thinking of cutting and staying shredded all the way through the end of summer. Once summer ends, I want to bulk more and gain muscle while staying as lean as possible. I feel as if Ive gained enough mass to be able to cut and show off my abs and bod.
What do you guys think based on the pic, It was taken three months a half ago btw so I might have a little more mass/fat right now..
