Srs. All of these former players are coming out saying how being gay wouldn't be an issue in the locker room. It's easy for Deion Sanders to say when he won't have to deal with it himself.
I'm a pretty liberal and I have no problem at all with gay marriage. But I wonder how much these people have really thought about the issue.

I've showered with gay men before (because of the Army) and it's really not a problem at all. Obviously if they were staring and getting a hard on and fingering your butthole it would be a problem, but they act like everyone else in the shower. Get in, get clean, and get out. Maybe pee in between.

Lol I remember getting done with practice and the wrestlers would be practicing double legs in the shower. Gayest thing I've ever seen, I can't imagine a gay teammate making everybody more uncomfortable than that.

Anyways, I was gay on the wrestling team. No one on the team treated me like crap, everyone respected me and I respected them. I didn't go out of my way to look at anyone in the locker room or if people got naked during weigh ins. I didn't cop any feels during wrestling and people saw that I was a normal dude...

Not many NFL players are going to publicly say much about it. Vilma tweeted today something similar. And i definitely feel the same way. I would not be comfortable in a shower with a guy who knowingly enjoys that part of the male anatomy.

Agreed, lets break down these barriers. There shouldn't be mens and womens bathrooms, theyre always driving a wedge between us. I mean I'm not even attracted to 75% of the opposite sex, so that wouldn't really be an issue (except some of the time, but we're all adults).
