It's psychological. If you want to get better game/be more socially adept then it's great because you have to go out and find a girl to get you off. Not blowing your load isn't going to increase gains, make your voice deeper, or make you grow more hair.

Most agree that maximizing dem gainz comes from a 7 day fap cycle OP, thats when your test increases. I'm guessing all this No Fap business ties in with The Great Porn Experiment?

It peak after 7 days of no fap, then it goes back 2 normal. And it does increase some testo, but in some way that it doesnt do ****.

no fap has proven pointless again and again. The increase in testosterone is not enough to make any sort of difference, the only thing that'll bring up your lifts is good old fashioned hard work
