I'm 20 yrs old, and just beginning to get back into body building after a 3 year hiatus. I understand that the most important supplement to begin with is a multivitamin. A guy at GNC talked me into buying the GNC Mega Men Sport vitamin packs. Are these efficient/worth the money? I'm also using whey isolate and creatine, and want to make sure that if I'm spending this much on supplements, I'm at least doing the most important step, the multi-vitamins, the right way.

Their are better choices out there. You're just paying extra for the laughable amount of BCAA's they added into it basically.
CL Orange triad and Animal Pak are better options just to name a few.
You got got. Don't worry though, it happens to the best of us.
How much did you pay for it by the way? like $600 bucks?美國海軍陸戰隊 E5, USMC 06'-14'

The Sport vitapak isn't bad, but for the price yea, there are better. Just pick one that meets your needs. As he suggested a lot of people on this forum love Controlled Labs Orange Triad and Animal Pak. Pick and choose my friend. But the vitapak isn't a horrible multi, but again just find one that meets your budget and needs!

The kit retails at $50 for a month's supply, and with a gold card I paid $36.
Each daily pack includes:
-two multivitamins, which I don't understand what to look for in a multivitamin
-two "nitric oxide maximizers," which I've been meaning to research, because I doubt they're effective, although i take them anyway
-two "energy enhancers," caffeine pills, that i just throw away
-one 500mg L-Glutamine pill. I've read a lot about amino acids not being worth it as long as you take vitamins and and enough protein, but the guy at GNC seemed pretty serious about how much glutamine you loose during working out, and about how much more effective it makes your post-workout protein shake
