I have recently changed my meals and so far iv seen pretty good results (especially in my midsection). I have never been very strict I just like to eat "healthy". Given healthy in my mind is most likely not healthy in yours. Im just trying to make sure im on the right track. Typical day
Breakfast: 1 egg white, 3 full eggs wrapped in whole wheat tortilla (cholula hot sauce). Banana/strawberry/almond silk milk/greek yogurt smoothy
Lunch (non workday) Half piece of chicken (again i dont weigh anything)/ broccoli and a small portion of parbroiled rice. I use bbq sauce and little hot sauce. I usually finish the other half piece of chicken a couple hours later (small about of rice is usually left)
lunch (workday) Whole wheat past, chicken/fish, pasta sauce
Dinner is typically full piece of chicken or a couple pieces of fish, and spinach (bbq and hot sauce as well)
For snacks i usually eat either a banana or Belvita
The hard part for me are the veggies..i hate 98% of them, but i can handle Broccoli and spinach
My main goal is to get a little more cut for the summer, I gain muscle easily which is a problem for me bc i also play a lot of competitive golf. Last I checked im around the 191lb mark. I dont think iv lost weight since i cut out most of my rice but like i said i can tell a little bit of a difference in my midsection. Cutting out whiskey helps too lol. Im sure it would be a good idea to switch up my diet every once in a while but im just not sure what to make. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks for checking in
