i'm currently trying to add on some lean muscle and i'm in the market for a new bag of whey.
I've lost a good few pounds of late and i'm still trying to cut that down whilst trying to maintain dem der gainz.
I've somehow managed to order on friday what i thought was a tub of gaspari elite (the new one in a white tub) but it was in the wee small hours, i was half asleep and i've somehow managed to buy a 2.5kg bag of Gaspari Real Mass.
It's going to cost waay too much to send back and i don't really know any brahs that would buy it, so i'm stuck with it.
with the high carb content, would it be alright used as a pre-workout meal replacement (i.e. 60-90 mins prior to workout (probably just one scoop of this with one scoop of actual whey ( so around 50g low gi carbs with around 30g whey) or is that too many carbs?
should i just use the above amount for post workout?
i don't need anywhere close to 1230 calories in my day-to-day life but i do sometimes go a day with just eating around 500-700 calories simply because i don't have the stomach for food. i suppose i could just use it on those days to get up to just below/at maintenance?

If you have to ask how many scoops of a protein powder or mass gainer are right for you...

Congrats on bulking since birth, however the link I posted is to the nutrition section and how to figure out macros/calories because it's obvious you need some help there if you're asking random folks that do not know your BMR or diet make up how many scoops of a weight gainer you should take. Furthermore, it's concerning when you're saying you're only eating 500 to 700 calories some days.
