So I took about 3 months off from working out (finals, break, laziness) and am just getting back into the swing of things. I lost a good 10 pounds by not working out and eating enough then, so I'm trying to bulk back up. Any general/specific suggestions on how I'd go about doing this? I've got a solid 4 day split which has been working well, so I guess I'm mainly looking for advice pertaining to diet, good high-protein foods to eat, etc. I'm pretty much an idiot when it comes to supplementing a good workout plan with proper diet, ha. Thanks for anything in advance!
