I would like to thank VaughnTrue and iForce for the opportunity to log their new pre-workout, Conquer. I am excited to set some new PR’s while using iForce Conquer Fruit Punch.
I took 1.5 scoops with 12 oz. of water and headed off to the gym to hit some back.
My initial impressions were very good.
Energy 10/10 Felt energized throughout my whole workout and was ready to keep going even at the end.
Taste 8/10 The initial sip was amazing tasted just like Fruit punch. When drinking the rest of it, it tasted decent but not as good as the initial sip.
Pump 9/10 My back felt super pumped up and wide. I can’t wait to try it on arm day!
Focus 10/10 I felt focused the whole time, never got distracted or slowed down throughout my workout.
Mind Muscle Connection 8/10 It was a little hard for me to tell on back day but it felt pretty solid. Will update for arms and chest when I can really focus on my muscles.
Endurance 10/10 It was amazing. I was able to work my muscles to complete failure with minimal pain and burning. Had power and endurance throughout my entire workout.

I had a huge pump at the end of my workout. I could definitely feel the conquer giving me that crazy drive to push through my workout. The energy it gave me was awesome. There was never a moment of rest. I was even more impressed after using this product the second time than the first hopefully it just keeps getting better.Last edited by tazman5518; 06-01-2013 at 05:19 PM.

Hit some arms on Wednesday and all I can say is wow!!! I had class all day and then a 4 hour Chem lab so needless to say I was crazy tired. So I stepped it up and took 2 scoops of conquer and man did it deliver. My arms got crazy pumped I could barely lift my arms at the end of my workout. I woke up Thursday and my triceps were crazy sore. The conquer put my in the zone and gave me super focus and energy.

Day 7 (6/4/13)
Now that I have tried conquer by itself I decided to stack it with Hemavol and compete. (which I have been dying to do)
I took 1 scoop of Hemavol and 1.5 scoops of Conquer 20 minutes before my workout, Sipped on 1scoop of compete with 32oz. of water(I like it not as strong) during my workout.

Let me start off by saying if you take conquer you need to stack it with Hemavol. The pump was insane!! Conquer is definitely made to be stacked with Hemavol, and compete during the workout to keep you hydrated. It was one of the best arm workouts and pump I have ever had!!

Pump 10/10

Decent pump this time.....nothing compared to Conquer and Hemavol stacked. Overall it was a solid workout after being sick and I am definitely motivated to get some work in this week to make-up for last week.

Sorry it's taken me so long to find this log! You're doing a sick job, glad to see that your results with Conquer (and Hemavol) have been pretty nice.
Thanks for supporting iForce with all those products! You need to be sure to try the new Tangy Tangerine Hemavol too.NOV || Ohio Chapter || Be more, have less.
