On Saturday night, or rather Sunday morning (it was 2:30 - 3:00 AM) a friend of the family was killed. He was closer in age to my sons and closer to them as well.
His name was Sammy and he was a 27 year old who just love to ride motorcycles, that was his life. He was a good looking kid, who had lots of girls but apparently it became the death of him.
Sammy was messing with a girl who had a jealous x boyfriend and on Sat night/Sunday morning the coward approached Sammy, but never confronted Sammy. While Sammy was walking with a female friend the coward shot Sammy 3 times in his back and then fled. When Sammy was on the ground he told his female friend to please go get his mother (he was killed in his own neighborhood) as he wanted to see her face before he died.
His female friend called the cops then called his mom, Sammy was taken to Lincoln hospital where he passed away.

Yesterday over 100 bikes took to the streets of the Bronx in memory of Sammy, he was really a good kid who died way too young.

Reminds me of a bodybuilder here years ago. He ticked off the gal he was dating and she called him to come over to see her. When he walked in the door there was a guy behind the door who stabbed him once in the chest. Sliced his aorta in half and the gal just stood there and watched him bleed out before calling the ambulance.

Off subject a tad and maybe a strange question but where do all of those people on the dirt bikes ride? Do they race on tracks or what? Son has been a MX/Enduro racer since he was 5 so I love dirtbikes

They normally go to the dirt roads in different areas of NY, yesterday they just road by where Sammy lived (which is my old hood) and kept riding around.Originally Posted by danap3681

I am sure there will be more videos of Sammy doing his thing, but I think this is one of the last one of him before he passed. RIP Sammy.
