Testical pain

I was doing lat pulldown today and after the first set i started feeling testical pain. I was doing it with heavy weight that i've never lift up before in lat pulldown and i didn't do warmup with lower weight. I can still feel a little pain when i sit down and stand up. Did i get hernia?
