Why do some people work out every day, but look the same year after year?

Have you ever seen people at the gym or just anyone you know on a regular basis who works out, but looks the same year after year? Why is that? They’re working out 4-5 days a week, right? Why isn’t their body changing from all that hard work? What is the difference between them and the people...

Hardest thing is getting to the gym

I am consistent and I rarely miss a workout however I have to use alot of discipline/willpower to travel to the gym, it takes 30 minutes to walk and I hate doing it. Anyway I can minimise using my willpower so I can use it more efficiently?

What does an intermediate male lifter's body look like?

I've just started lifting and my goal is to reach an intermediate level. I read that to be an intermediate lifter, you should be able to bench press 1xBW for 10 reps and squat 1.5xBW for 10 reps. What does someone's physique typically look like after achieving this, at a 10-15% body fat level?

Looking for advice on what looks to be my smallest muscle group..

Just trying to get some input as to what you guys think I should focus on for a bit more size. I've never done a bulk, just a constant lean meat lowww carbs for 3 years and i've gained 30+ lbs so theres no need for a bulk. I'll also add a pic before I started lifting just for extra input.
