for my last meal of the day is gonna be spaghetti with sauce,meatloaf no sauce,cabbage and a small piece of cornbread each portion no bigger than my fist with a big cup of water

in all honesty bro im kinda just working with what i got i have a lost a lot weight eating healthy along with other foods i workout everyday with high intensity but i know you gave me this link to read over but if you could break it down for me that would be good i been at this since september and im always looking for advice
