I'm digging it so far! Probably going to run it one more time to finish up my cut.

I think this goes to show that we still don't know how to 100% optimally set protein intakes. I mean here you're cutting on 200g protein, still hitting PRs, cutting without feeling of death (I assume?) etc. Sure now that you're in the 190's you're over 1g/lb but you've been cutting at 200g Pro for a while now so there must have been some point where you were below, no?

My protein has been 200g since I started working with Berto in January. I'm now 20lbs lighter and a whole lot stronger than I was when I was considerably heavier. 1g per lb of BW seems to be the sweet spot for me.

    Weight

198.4 - New low. It's not a mind blower but I bested my previous low by .2 so I'll take it!

    Conditioning

    1 hour of TRX Training

    Nutrition

    195/201/35

    Notes

    - A new low has me feeling good! I think (hope) that my weight loss is going to be more linear now that I've gotten over that 199 hump. My previous "low" was a dehydrated and hungry 197.8 for my powerlifting meet.
    - I've landed myself a second job at a private studio in downtown Sarasota, so between training at YouFit and teaching TRX/Circuit classes at night, my TDEE is about to get a big boost. I think the fact that I've essentially been sedentary for the past couple of months has really been slowing down my cut.

thats part of why i hate being a student in a town where all there is to do is party... back home i used to be able to go for a hike, go fishing, etc. something active without having to go far at all. now all i have to do is walk to wal mart (across the street) or sit on my computer. feelsbadman

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still alive n' kickin! Just haven't really felt like posting much lately. Down to 167.4 today (which ties a low the day before my refeed) with 4 more days until my next refeed... so looks like I'll eek out some more BF loss before I hop of this mini. Decided to finish out the week and then crank macros back up some. No exciting eats lately. Tried shiritake noodles for the first time yesterday. I wish I found those during prep lol. Anyways, just wanted to let everyone know I haven't quit! ha

I have those shiritaki noodles about 4-5x a week now..if they weren't expensive I'd have them more often lol. If you like pho, try this out:
    Beef/chicken broth
    Shiritaki noodles
    Sliced beef
    Green onions+bean sprouts+cilantro+lime+jalepeno+sriracha.

Awww yeah. Sometimes I omit the beef (or 99% turkey meatballs in my case) and just have a huge ass bowl for ~150cals.

I boil the noodles first. I prep the noodles by:

Draining the liquid in the package+running warm water to rinse them for a few minutes (while im prepping everything else). Then I parboil the noodles, drain them, then add it to the broth and warm it all up together.

I'm afraid to add the noodles straight..they smell/taste weird without the extra prep
