    yeah, I respond to volume better than intensity so, it should work pretty well for me.

    Props for not pussing out at 12 and grinding it out man. It is tough as ****, and you are right that it's 95% mental, every time I get up to 14 or 15th reps my mind just say forget it and rack.

    yeah, you just have to break that mental barrier. It hurts during it but, I've never felt so good about myself as I do after i break through it, if that makes any sense.

    hard work, lots of food.
    I did just about the same progression as everyone else
    starting strength-texas method-russian squat routine-russian squat routine(yes I did it twice)- 20 rep squats

    also the more you squat the better you get at it. Even if you have to take it really light some days look at it as a chance to practice form.

    Congrats man! Been doing this for 3 workouts! Got 225 two workouts in a row! I did it again cuz I couldn't lift last week. Thats my goal tho! 315x20=strong.
