For the time that i ran it, it was good.
Your working at such low %'s of your 1RM, that its hard to tell if theres any strength gain, until you max out, but im sure i got stronger.
Its possible that your joints may start hurting through the program, so be prepared.
And one last thing for this post, just in case your not used to excel format programs, be sure to change the "maxes" each week, or else im sure you wont get much stronger lol

hard work, lots of food.
I did just about the same progression as everyone else
starting strength-texas method-russian squat routine-russian squat routine(yes I did it twice)- 20 rep squats
also the more you squat the better you get at it. Even if you have to take it really light some days look at it as a chance to practice form.Last edited by judowrestler1; 12-28-2010 at 01:43 PM.
