    I squatted 265 today!

    I'm 15, 155 lbs... My previous PR was 255 pounds, I just thought I'd share, even though it's not a ton for this forum.

    I progressed like this:
    135x8, 185x6, 205x4, 225x3, 265x1

    Congrats, I'm about the same size and age as you and just got a new PR of 405 But that is a nice lift as long as you did it properly, I have friends that do 265 but dont even come close to parallel. Good lift, and keep working hard.

    Good job man i remember at you age i did the same seemed preety heavy, but you keep working your legs with good heavy squat, you should be in the 400's before youre 17 keep it up.
