Looking for a workout program to start June 1st.

I was going to start one of the pro workout programs but the initial feedback from these boards is that it sucks.
So what is a good program?
    Fully equipped gym.
Would prefer a 4 day plan with cardio on the weekend.

    Thanks.

A routine/program should be matched to a trainee's primary goal and experience level.

    What are yours?
    No brain, no gain.

As Ironwill asks, what are your goals and experience? If we know that, we can help a little more specifically. As Flex suggests, there is much food for thought among the stickies.
