Whenever I count calories p/c/f in my meat and fish, I weigh it before I cook it, and use the measurement to find the calories. Then when I cook it and weigh it again, it weighs less of course. Should I use the "cooked" meat as the basis for measurement?

I used to do this... 200g raw chicken is 220 cals and 200g cooked is 330 (grilled according to calorie king.com), I guess this is not a bad thing but if you do this and you are cutting and at the low end of thing and eat say 400g a day then you miss out on 260 casl you could eat and that could put you to deep in a deficit where you don;t wanna be for example.
