    Cytogainer causing headaches

Hey I'm new here, anyways skip onto my question. I bought Cytogainer about a week n a half ago to 2 weeks, and everything was fine. As of a few days ago I can't even finish the protein shake without feeling akwardly nauseous, I also get a small headache and I feel sort of sick and I can't finish the shake at all. I even tried using milk instead of water. I used the recommended 4 scoops per serving. I also make sure to drink a ton of water....
My other supplements if that helps are:
    Inhibit-E
    NO-xplode
    Creatine
    Glutamine

I weigh 165 pounds I am 5-11, I usually workout every other day, and I'm pretty healthy.
    Anyone have any thoughts?

it is probably all the cal intake in the cyto, adding milk wont help it will just make it worse. use water suck it up till it passes.

Alright I guess I could ease myself into it with smaller portions,

^About that, I seem to take NO-xplode perfectly without any problems (other than that reallllly sweet taste haha) only had one problem one time I drank too much of it and while i was at the gym I had to rush to the bathroom. Learned my lesson.

Drink loads of water - could be dehydration.

I guess it is a combo of things, too much heat might be keeping me from being hydrated, and what deadlift375 said about the cal intake. I'll make sure to up my water intake. Thanks for all the help so far guys.

I use cytogainer and I originally had trouble digesting a full serving. So I divide one serving in two and have them at different times of the day.
