Make sure and start with half a dose to access tolerance. And also drink plenty of water and consume Scorch on an empty stomach.

There is a chance that the Tyramine is causing headaches. The chance of experiencing head aches is elevated if you are consuming Tyramine rich foods along with Scorch, such as cheese, sausage, soy beans (sauce as well).

Make sure to eliminate these foods while taking Scorch. If headaches continue, discontinue use and seek a refund from your place of purchase.

Or it can be something as simple as caffeine as some people are super sensitive to caffeine. If I take over 7 days off with no caffeine, 80mg at a time or more will give me a headache. Caffeine can constrict blood vessels and give a head ache from decreased oxygen in the brain (some NO products cause headaches from the reverse- dilation of blood vessels in the brain increasing pressure in the brain).

SCORCH works best when consumed on an empty stomach. Food can interfere with the bioavailability of Tyramine more specifically.
