I plan on picking this up when i get everything running in my home gym.
So simple but seems heavy. I'd really like to see my form on some of my olympic lifts. Especially when i go heavy.

what if you don't have a smartphone at all?
I actually have a second generation ipod touch and dock it on an ihome in the gym. I just find it's easier with my kitchen timer to hit a preset countdown between sets than go over to the ipod. If I am doing intervals, I set that up on the ipod.Boomer Rep Crew #1

The downside seems that you would need enough distance between your rack and where you execute said exercise. Tough to do when you only have one rack for this thing to stick to while you squat, bench, and deadlift out of it.
It's easy to set up in a crossfit box or commercial gym, but in a home gym I think a general folding tripod might be more effective.

Not real familiar with all of tuff stuff's benches but the first link looks a lot like the powertec bench. I'm 300lbs and all of their benches are solid for me. I'd take that one, second the middle link "body smith" looks a lot like the TDS bench and the frame that bolts together lower along the ground paired with the backrest laying flat on the rear upright frame makes for a solid feel. Much better than the 3rd bench design.

This looks like a great opportunity for someone to drill some holes and have some J-Hooks and Spotter arms (Rogue's J-Hooks and Spotter Arms might fit).
The weight storage needs to be reversed!

For Chinese-made plates, the York Hercules plates are pretty good. They're still made in China. If, OTOH, they have "USA" on the hubs, then they were the first run of the plate and were made in the US before York moved production off-shore. I wouldn't pay more than $150 for them myself.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Not sure if this is the place for it. If not let me know I'll delete my post but my friend got his hands on 2 6 pack fitness bags instead of one and he wants to sell one new for 55. The innovator 300 one. 3 meal one I think?
