I need to forward this talk of drinking olive oil to my friend. He struggles to gain weight and says "I'm trying" and now I can tell him that if he isn't drinking olive oil before bed to hit his daily calorie targets then he isn't trying hard enough!

Im with you on this one! Haydos your on your own. I dont mind olive oil. I know Jrahe has drank like 10 shots a night when he was 18-19. Got a large Mexicana pizza tonight man, then a 1,300 calorie shake. I could have eaten another small pizza too in that sitting i was so hungry

NOTES:Made some amendments to my Ukrainian squat routine to suit my body and i like the way things look now. Hit week 2 tonight and got some lightish work sets of triples in, really focusing on maintaining low back and hamstring tension during reps. It seems there is little to no knee travel anymore which is good sign and knees felt great tonight as well,. As each set of 290 went on the better and more comfortable reps felt. Loaded some light deadlift singles and doubles for deads too, with no contrast resistance just as LIME likes itActually did speed deads late in workout and little bit of power on the reps didnt feel as good as i wanted but still fast.

GMs are fine brah, as long as you know what your doing and your flexibility too, i have been at them a while and have no worries about low back to be honest.
i thought squats were a bit good morninged as well. As i watch the vid seems not as bad as i thought., although the chest and hips need more co ordination agree there, thanks for the observation big guy
