Haven't been able to "rep" many of you for a year or more...not for lack of trying.

I know some people here were looking for the 90-125 Powerblock add on. This set (full set) looks like it may be the Pro Rexan but it includes the 90-125. If you really want it you may need to buy a full set and resell the 90 lb part of it.

I don't think I need a full set of bumpers, but this forum had made me a CL daily searcher.
http://atlanta.craigslist.org/nat/spo/5282775623.html
The Pendlay bumpers in this ad retail for 380 at muscle driver, although they are out of stock. Free shipping.

What should be the price on these, I'm thinking around .75 per pound or 195.
I would much rather buy hi temps since they are made in the USA, but the only hi temps I have seen in CL were listed by a seller who was a challenge to deal with. A full set of bumpers would be good to have, although I would then need to then buy a rack for them

Halfway just became the most hated man in Nebraska for posting that here LOL. That is some high quality equipment, but I suspect a lot of people close to the University have heard about the auction and it will bid up quickly. Flippers like OSUdimond will be all over that huge lot....

Ha! Sorry for the slow response. By the time I got to the guy, he had sold the item. So, I'm still looking and will likely have to come back to you (and the forum) for some thoughts on other items. Are there general rules of thumb I should be thinking through when looking to buy used equipment? I have always just worked out at a gym and have never bought my own, but am tired of competing for equipment and finally have space for my own equipment. For example, I think in your initial response, you mentioned 50 cents a lb. Is that a general rule?

That is pretty crazy if the previous equipment sold for close to minimum bids. Im sure there will be more activity now that the word is spreading. Maybe the less fortunate/poor folks can jump on it and score some nice deals for themselves.
Im not really sure where Nebraska is but I know its no where near me so im out.
Also...it appears that they pulled the full set of dumbbells along with the iron grip weight plates. Everything else is meh besides the bars and glute bench.Last edited by BulkMore; 10-28-2015 at 11:56 AM.
