[rant]Some people in CP are ridiculous. All I'll say is being humble will take you a long way when it comes to people liking you in the bodybuilding world lol. If you don't care what people think then more power to ya! ha[/rant]

Proud of you!She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

If CP stands for Contest Prep, then I'd be surprised. There's some of that here and there, but this is the best section of the BB.com forums I've ever posted on. If it weren't for this section, I wouldn't even visit these forums.
But yeah, it only hurts people to be arrogant. There's nothing to be gained from it."I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"

Yeah, I agree.
Nutrition/losing fat section is the most stupid section.
I got negged for asking what brand of gummy bear is 'best tasting'
To which I replied, "if I replaced the word "gummy bears" with "pb" this thread would get zero hate"
Then people started arguing on the thread lol

is Matt doing your training programming as well, or are you still doing your own? I probably missed it, but this high rep stuff is def. a change from what you were doing! All the drama in the other sections is why I only post here anymore... I used to post every now and then in the IFBB section because I like to follow the pro's media, but it's not worth it anymore

Agree with this section being the only thing worthwhile. Back when I was a rep I dreaded having to monitor and post in the supp section. People think this site is the biggest thing in the world when this site is such a small part or the supplement industry it's not even funny. Oh, you have 50000 rep points - congrats on your internet god status

Matt and I are actually working together on it. I wanted to keep the big three lifts as major exercises so 3 days of the 6 he's giving me freedom with a basic layout. The other three he has more specific things.
Bro how bout you rep me
Fast thread is fat. High rep squats are easily my least favorite lol, but I'll adjust. Have a good wknd dude!★★★ RSP Nutrition Lead Representative ★★★

Looking really good JP and I will always start prep lean from now on. I doubt I will ever go above 200 looking back at everything I have learned from this prep. I can already see huge improvements over last time so it goes to show you don't have to pile on 40 to 50 lbs to make solid gains in the off season.

All of this, I plan on staying in very good condition in my improvement season (though not sacrificing gains) so that when I do prep again it won't be as much of a drastic change, one that I can make SLOWLY over a long period of time. Lookin awesome dude, you're gonna bring the SHRED!
