Thanks, so does this mean I should take incline out of my routine? im doing a 3on1off routine chest/arms, legs, back/shoulders. Chest day begins with flat BB bench, then incline DB bench. Should I be removing the incline and replacing it with maybe decline or flat DB bench?

I include both incline db press (slight incline) and db shoulder press on my push days, Ive been making great gains with both added and Im not sure if Im high or low insert.
bench
db press (alternating arms)
incline db press or incline flies (slight incline)
lateral raises
tricep pushdowns

DB's allow for greater ROM. I would still choose barbells over dbs simply because its easier to progress.

Yeah, remove incline. Decline would be a great replacement.
High insertion
Yes. OHP will be more optimal for your entire shoulder girdle as its designed to grow in that plane of motion
Low are better. With high insertions you'll never be able to really build an impressive upper chest, at least without the aid of gear.
You have insertions like Columbu where you have 3 distinct visible seperations (this is where people got the idea of a upper, lower, middle chest) Incline should be good for you~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~

I just read through the thread again now that I'm well rested to get a better idea. I have a high clavicular insertion.
The first thing I bolded, does it have to be necessarily standing? Seated OHP/Military won't work as well?
And the second thing, we're talking only incline here right?
And so since I have high insertions, I should completely disregard incline, amirite?

Seated works fine, I have to do seated since ceiling is too low to do standing.
