Wow something is wrong with you. Have you ever been to the US? Yea we have issues, but our issues are not as bad as everybody else. We have brought forth opportunites that other countries will never be able to do.
The fact is it's hilarious when something OBVIOUS is happening. If the guy is obviously skinny, obvious fact is obvious, that it is obvious that he obviously needs to quitting doing 1 hour of cardio, pounding down the food, and train hard.
I dont see anthing wrong with eating 6 meals per day, 3 meals per day, or 9. Do whatever it takes as long as you are eating plenty to gain weight at the pace you want. HRT is not a shortcut, but sometimes when you cant get a hard on because of low test production or that you want to advance to a "different" level then who cares, find some other sport and athletes to follow. I look at popping dianabol as the same as popping your multi, it was all melted down into pill form, one just happens to do more for you, and is illegal. Get over it bro. He doesnt pay people to look up to him, and the most unnappropriate thing you could do is walk up to a guy in the gym telling him what to do. If he looked up to Bob he would come into his journal and ask the same questions as every nut hugger newb does.

Thailand, I really don't understand why you "contribute" (if we can actually call it that) to this log.
As far as our country being messed up, I would tend to agree but YOU would fit right in with the stuck up :

Simplistic look at why this wouldn't work:
Carb refeeds boost insulin levels which are correlated with increased leptin receptor expression
Fats blunt insulin response=less leptin receptor response (would still get some if you were in a caloric surplus, but not nearly as much with carb refeeds and less fat)Team HALEO™ Rep

Man, I don't know how I missed this. I see you everywhere on these boards, always helpful and respected, and I wasn't in on this business.
I'm diggin that deadlift plan. And I'll be tuned if for nothing more than food porn and to show me how much I have to learn."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

Don't know if I could handle 20-30 minutes on the rumble roller lol
Workouts are looking legit. Careful with those deadlifts. Bodybuilders shouldn't do deads because it makes your midsection bulky*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Those are some good lookin pulls. I was doing something similar to those dead stop deads...pull 2" off the floor, hold for 3 sec, finish rep and hold lock out for 3 sec...they were brutal. Kept that form in check though.
And how are those new protein flavors? Been wanting to try em"The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

Pretzels look good, saw the recipe in the review you did on the powder. Curious if the texture of the pretzels were not as "crunchy" as they normaly are since you didn't "pre-freeze" them? Were they a tad "chewy/soggy". It might help to throw the pretzles first in the freezer for an hour or two then coat them in the chocolate and then toss them back into the freezer to keep them nice and crisp.

No its a DEADSTOP, hence you deadload after each full rep. If it was a stop at the knee it would be a half deadlift or a deadlift to knee.
Thats not what i am doing
Deadstop = Deadstop after each rep. = Resetting.
Flavors are amazing,
My review on them are here:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=150248703
Not soggy at all, once you cover them in sludge, throw in freezer on parchment paper or in a bowl and they will harden up and still give the crunch. Give em a shot.
You can do the same with any frozen fruit like a strawberry or banana with sludge and it comes out tasting perfectly fine.
Chocolate covered strawberries = Win WIn
not the only thing i ate post-workout, that was just a small sample on the side of my post-workout meal. I dont always post everything, just some different things. I eat a wide variety of foods and never the same thing everyday. I still strive to eat at least 2-3 fruit servings and 2-3 veggie servings.
Mostly protein is Chicken/Beef/Eggs and whey (least i use)
Carbs - Mostly Potatoes, Rice, Pasta, Breads (rolls for sandwiches), Fruits, Veggies
Fats - Mostly Trace, but try to use a lot of whole eggs (Sat fats), and of course fish oils. (4 a day)

I've never actually considered how much of the dead motion is lost while pulling consecutive reps.
I can see that being far more brutal and making it a true "compound" movement."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

This is why you DELOAD after each rep and pull from the "Dead" state like stated in the "Dead"lift (hence the name)
when you bounce and use momentum you take a lot out of the motion, hence why when you dont stress the negative of a motion you take the muscle away from being under tension and actually being stimulated.
